Christina Morales Founder & President
Christina Morales serves as President of Believe & Achieve, bringing extensive experience in organizational leadership and developing programs that support children and families. As an autism mom, she understands personally the importance of creating opportunities for every child to participate, connect, and belong. Her experiences as both a parent and professional inspired her to create Believe & Achieve and its mission of removing barriers to meaningful recreational, social, and community experiences.
Ellie Breedlove Treasurer
Ellie Breedlove serves as Treasurer of Believe & Achieve, bringing a background in nonprofit management and accounting. She studied nonprofit management at Indiana University and has professional experience in nonprofit accounting. Ellie was drawn to Believe & Achieve by her belief that every child deserves to feel valued and connected. She is passionate about supporting opportunities that help children discover new interests, build meaningful connections, and feel a true sense of belonging in their community.
Kathleen Ganesan Secretary & Event Chair
Kathleen Ganesan serves as Secretary and Event Chair for Believe & Achieve, bringing experience in marketing, business operations, event management, and community engagement. As a parent, she understands the importance of families feeling supported and connected when facing challenges. Kathleen is passionate about creating meaningful community events and opportunities that bring people together, support the whole family, and make a lasting difference for children and their families.
Mike Henry Board Member & Fundraising Chair
Mike Henry serves on the Board of Directors of Believe & Achieve and as Fundraising Chair. As an autism dad, Mike has a personal connection to the organization’s mission and understands firsthand the importance of creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities to participate, grow, and belong. His experience as a parent inspired his involvement with Believe & Achieve and his commitment to expanding its impact. As Fundraising Chair, Mike helps strengthen community support and build the resources needed to create more inclusive recreational, social, and community opportunities.
Dr. Anika Costa Board Member & Governance Chair
Anika Costa, Ed.D., BCBA, has spent 26 years working in education and behavior analysis, with much of her career devoted to directly supporting autistic individuals and people with developmental disabilities, their families, and the professionals who serve them. Her experience spans direct service, education, leadership, training, and systems improvement. She is drawn to Believe & Achieve’s commitment to helping individuals build meaningful, fulfilling lives and to strengthening the communities that support them.
